Facilities

B&B Products, Inc. operates two state-of-the-art facilities in Franksville, WI, totaling 14,000 square feet of climate-controlled work area. They maintain a lean work environment through streamlined workflow and maintaining clean and organized facilities. B&B Products has also invested heavily in quick-change fixturing to maintain accuracy and improve throughput.

With the latest technologies and equipment in CNC milling, turning, burnishing, broaching, precision sawing, and die-head threading, B&B Products is ready to help you meet every manufacturing challenge.

Equipment

CNC Machining

-CNC turning centers ¼” to 2¾” bar capacity, 10” chucking capacity.

-VTL CNC turning centers ¼” to 6” dia chucking capacity.  Machines have auto loaders for unmanned operation.

-CNC vertical machining centers: 10,000 rpm, 40” x 16” x 20” work cube. Machines equipped with 1000 PSI high pressure coolant systems.

-CNC vertical machining centers: 10,000 rpm, 12½” work cube with full 4th axis (heavy duty) rotary tables. These machines are equipped with 10 pallet, pallet pools for either low or nonexistent setups.

-CNC horizontal machining centers: 14,000 rpm, 400 mm & 500 mm pallets. Machines equipped with 1000 PSI high pressure coolant systems.

-6 axis Citizen CNC Swiss screw machine 1¼” capacity, multi axis simultaneous cutting, full milling capabilities, machine equipped with 1000 PSI high pressure coolant system.

Additional Equipment

-Laser engraving machine equipped with rotary table

-Climate-controlled quality lab equipped with a CMM, optical comparator and all pertinent inspection equipment

-16” horizontal band saw for high production sawing

-Turret lathe to 1 ¾” bar capacity

-Standard support machines: drill press, manual mill, cold saw, etc.
